Which wellness program to pick??

Each of our programs are customized to address the specific organization’s needs. Please reach out to us, and we can help you create a program that best meets your goals. In addition to affecting structural changes in the brain, mindfulness practices have been shown to activate biochemical changes in the brain and throughout the body, associated with well-being, including increased circulating levels of serotonin and endorphins, and decreased stress hormones such as adrenalin and cortisol.  Looseleaf teaches clients to cultivate a personal practice that is most rewarding to themselves. By tuning in to the capacity for self-regulation, students are able to self-modulate the focus of their practice, and find optimal well-being in this self-care practice.

What structure works best to introduce an organization to mindfulness?

Mindfulness is a skill that takes time to cultivate. While a one-hour program can allow for an introduction to the topic, organizations have reported that 4 to 8 weeks has resulted in more employee understanding and utilization of mindfulness and stress management skills.  Looseleaf offers both 1 hour introduction programs as well as on-going classes.

What is the cost for a program?

Each program is customized to a specific organization. The cost depends on which services are selected and the length of the program. Hourly rates are used.

Are several hour programs available?

Programs are customized to the organization’s request. Programs can vary from one-hour, one-time programs, to all day retreats, to weekly classes.

Are payment installments available?

Yes! For programs that are several weeks in length, organizations can pay in installments.
